Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your Jonathan Adler purchase, but if you are not completely satisfied, we accept returns of most items in original condition within 30 days of delivery. Please note that custom furniture, direct-ship items, and final sale products are not eligible for return.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return and print your prepaid shipping label.

• 2.
  Pack with Care

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging and include the return slip to ensure your refund is processed accurately and to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship the Package

  Affix the prepaid label to your box and drop it off at any authorized FedEx location; a return shipping fee will be deducted from your final refund amount.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, a refund will be issued to your original form of payment within 7 to 10 business days.
